How bright are the signs?
1,000 nits — bright enough to read in direct sunlight from across a parking lot, dim enough that you can leave it on overnight without glare. All signs are dimmable.
Can I schedule when the sign turns on / off?
Yes. Bluetooth-enabled SKUs (the “B” suffix — e.g. GLI1050B) pair with our iOS / Android app for scheduling, color changes, brightness control, and message library. The app is free.
How long do the LEDs last?
50,000 hours of rated life — that’s ~11 years if the sign runs 12 hours a day. The 3-year warranty covers defect and premature LED failure.
Do you do custom signs?
Yes — custom shape, color, copy. Email sales@greenlight-innovations.com with your storefront photo and what you want it to say. Lead time is 90 days (water-freight from our OEM partner).
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Automatic tiers at 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 units (5% / 10% / 15% / 20% off). Cart applies it automatically. For 100+ units or franchise programs, email sales@.
What’s the return policy?
30-day return on unused signs in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable. Defective signs are covered under the 3-year warranty — email services@ with your order number and we’ll ship a replacement.
Where do you ship?
United States only (CONUS + AK / HI). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Multi-location orders ship from one PO to multiple addresses on request.
