How buying works

  1. Create an account at checkout or at My Account. Your displays, orders, warranty and support tickets live there.
  2. Pay at checkout by card or PayPal. We do not offer Net-30 or purchase-order billing to anyone, at any volume. Affirm and Klarna also appear at checkout as consumer pay-over-time options for personal use, not business financing; eligibility is their determination, not ours.
  3. Volume pricing applies automatically: 5% off at 3 or more units, quoted at 10 or more. Mix sizes and models.
  4. Tax-exempt? Upload your certificate in My Account and tax is removed from future orders once approved.

Factory direct: what it means for you

Green Light Displays are designed in the U.S., built to our specification and delivered duty paid by Green Light Innovations. There is no distributor or catalog reseller between our production line and your business, and that shows up in six places:

  • One delivered price. Duty and freight are already in the number. Nothing is added after you order.
  • No middle layer. Your business or dealer discount comes straight off our list price; no distributor takes a cut on the way.
  • Built to your order. Size, mounting and software rung are set when you order, not picked from a warehouse shelf.
  • Software loaded before it ships. GLI Player and Built For You displays arrive ready to run; Built For You arrives with your first design live.
  • You approve before it crates. A walkthrough video and production photos of your actual unit, not a stock image.
  • Warranty, RMA and support from our team in Missouri. One-year hardware, lifetime software, and one email that reaches the people who built your order.

Dealer pricing applies on every rung and every add-on. Dealers can sell Open Android under their own software or GLI Player and Built For You under ours; the customer’s lifetime software promise travels with the display either way.

Sub-accounts for your team, quote threads, drop-ship orders, order status with production photos, warranty claims and support tickets — in one place, with the GLI-OS assistant on every page. (Portal opens with the line; business registration and approval is handled through My Account.)
