Onboarding: from order to a screen that’s already yours

On the Built For You rung, the setup happens in production while your display is built. Here is exactly what happens and what we need from you.

1. Order placed. You get an order confirmation and a link to your onboarding brief in My Account.
2. The 10-minute brief. Upload your logo, pick your colors, tell us the objective (menu, promotions, hours, directory, check-in, catalog) and paste or upload the content you already have. Choose your solution module. No design skills needed — one paragraph is enough.
3. Your first design and walkthrough. Within two business days we send a rendered walkthrough video of your screen running your content, plus the first design. Approve it, or ask for changes — up to three rounds are included.
4. Production build and load. We build your display and install the GLI software with your branding, boot screen and content. Production takes 10–15 business days.
5. Proof before crating. We send photos and a video of your actual unit powered on and running your content. You approve before it is packed. Nothing ships without your approval.
6. Delivery. Door-to-door, duty paid, from payment: West Coast 7–11 weeks · Gulf Coast 10–14 weeks · East Coast 10–14 weeks, by the port your freight arrives through. Cancel any time before your display is crated for a full refund. Unbox, plug in, done. Change anything from your phone with the GLI app.

What we need from you

• Logo (PNG or SVG), brand colors if you have them, and the content you want on screen.
• Wi-Fi network name and password for the location, or a wired connection — entered securely in the app during setup, never in the brief.
• Approval at two points: the walkthrough video, and the production proof.
