Content policy — AI Image and Motion Packs

How the packs work, what we will and won’t produce, and who owns what.

How a pack works

  1. Brief. One paragraph: the offer, the mood, the must-say words, and anything to avoid. Attach your logo and any photos you want used.
  2. Three options. We generate three finished pieces sized for your display — stills for the Image Pack, short loops for the Motion Pack.
  3. Pick one, revise up to three times. Each revision is a fresh render from your notes.
  4. Approve on your screen. The chosen piece is pushed to your display for a final look; approve it there.

Production is automated end to end: your brief and your approvals are the only human touch. Turnaround is measured in hours.

What we don’t produce

  • Content using other companies’ trademarks, logos, characters or likenesses without written permission.
  • Medical, legal or financial claims that aren’t substantiated in your brief; regulated-product advertising where prohibited (cannabis, tobacco, alcohol content is produced only where legal for your location and within local rules).
  • Political campaigning, adult content, or anything unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory.
  • Realistic depictions of identifiable real people who have not consented.

Rights

  • You own the approved output and may use it anywhere, not only on Green Light Displays.
  • You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload in a brief.
  • We keep briefs and outputs to fulfil your order and warranty; we don’t sell them or use your logo in our marketing without asking.

Refunds

A pack is refundable in full until the first three options are delivered. After that, revisions are the remedy; if none of the three revisions can meet a brief that was within this policy, we refund the pack.
